His expertise centres on acquisitions, investment strategy and deal structuring, with a strong focus on assessing opportunities, understanding risk and determining how capital can be deployed effectively. He has been involved in sourcing and completing residential transactions and developing strategies designed to enhance the performance of individual assets and portfolios.

Thomas has also developed a strong network across the property and investment sectors, including investors, developers and industry professionals. This enables him to assess opportunities from both an investment and commercial perspective and build relationships that support TJCR’s long-term growth.

At TJCR, Thomas leads on investment strategy and acquisitions, helping to identify opportunities that align with the company’s investment criteria and long-term objectives.

Jaromir Goga

Director

Since 2017, Jaromir has focused on residential property investment in Central London, with experience across both the luxury and HMO sectors. His experience encompasses acquiring, owning and managing residential assets, with a particular focus on identifying value, improving asset performance and building long-term returns.

Before entering the property sector, Jaromir founded and successfully exited businesses across Europe and Africa. He studied at the École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) in Switzerland before co-founding FrescoVia, a premium food-delivery business serving corporate clients in Geneva, which was successfully sold in 2010. He subsequently founded DeliFrost in Nigeria, developing a specialist distribution business supplying international brands to the retail and hospitality sectors.

At TJCR, Jaromir brings a practical investor perspective, combining hands-on residential property experience with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.

Richard van Ommen

Richard is an commercially driven property executive with over 15 years of experience across property investment, off-market real estate, portfolio development, property management and PropTech.

He has founded and developed several property-focused businesses, giving him broad experience across the property lifecycle – from sourcing and investment through to management, portfolio growth and investor services. His particular strength lies in building relationships, developing strategic partnerships and creating access to opportunities within the residential property market.

Richard has also mentored hundreds of property investors and delivered education and training across the sector, giving him a strong understanding of investor needs and the wider dynamics of the property market.
